Everybody is silent in the classroom. The teacher is looking intensely at me, waiting for me to begin my oral presentation but I can't.

Stress feels like holding a far in, you want to feel that release but it's too embarrassing to let go. Everybody is silent in the room. The teacher is looking at me, waiting for me to begin my oral presentation but I can't.

Since my mouth is so dry, swallowing might cause me to choke on my own saliva.
